TGC Mediation

TGC Legal Consultancy & Mediation B.V. is specialised in (legal) mediation. TGC Mediation provides her services as a skilled trilingual mediator in mainly business, employment and inheritance conflicts.  Our main focus is to de-escalate any conflict and come to a solution that has longevity.

What is mediation?

Disputes are of all times and so are dispute resolutions. The most common way is to resolve disputes by going to Court. Going to Court is often expensive and time consuming. And most importantly, unpredictable. A less expensive and time consuming alternative is mediation. An independent mediator assists and facilitates both sides of the dispute to engage in constructive structural negotiation and find a solution to the issue that is acceptable to all parties involved. All communications during a mediation are confidential.
